For 2018, Buick has completely redesigned its midsize crossover, the Enclave. This gives SUV buyers a new, upscale alternative to the regular midsize crossovers, with a roomy interior, high-quality materials, good fuel economy for the class, and an impressive list of features. The Spacious Interior

Smooth Performance
Aside from adding power, the new 3.6-liter engine in the 2018 Buick Enclave boosts its fuel efficiency to 26 highway and 18 city mpg, good numbers for its class. That’s partly thanks to the Enclave’s new nine-speed automatic transmission. The extra gears smooth out the acceleration and make it more efficient at the same time, plus the dual-clutch system means the shifts happen almost instantly. Most of the Enclave’s trims can also come with an intelligent all-wheel drive that moves engine torque between the two axles based on the road conditions.
Safety Features
Road safety is important for every vehicle. That’s why the 2018 Enclave comes standard with a rearview camera and rear parking sensors that warn you when you’re about to bump into something while you’re in reverse. You can also get a Surround Vision Camera that uses four cameras to give you a top-down look at your surroundings. Then there’s the available forward collision alert that warns you about approaching dangers, and with it comes low-speed forward automatic braking and front pedestrian braking, both systems that slow you down if you’re about to run into something.
